1. Sensitive payroll information we do not ask for
Do not enter or send SSNs, TINs, immigration document numbers, passport numbers, completed I-9 documents, bank account numbers, routing numbers, employee addresses, or employer EINs unless you are using an official employer, payer, bank, or government process.
2. Direct deposit form data
The direct deposit form tool is designed to generate the form locally in your browser. We do not intentionally send, store, or save the bank fields you type into that tool.
3. Basic usage data
We may use privacy-conscious analytics or similar tools to understand which pages are visited and whether the site works properly. Analytics should not include SSNs, bank details, I-9 documents, or other sensitive payroll form contents.
4. Cookies and third-party scripts
The site may use cookies or third-party scripts for analytics, ads, security, or basic site operation. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
5. External websites
When you open IRS, USCIS, SSA, state agency, bank, employer, or other third-party links, their privacy policies apply. Review those policies before submitting sensitive information.
